How to Order

1. First select your Vessel and place your order through our online store.

2. Once your order is confirmed, please send us your loved one's cremains so that we can infuse them into your piece and send it to you. We only need about a half teaspoon of cremains for each order.

*We do not cover the cost of shipping your cremains to us. Please read shipping instructions below.

3. Once we receive your cremains, we'll infuse them into your selected Remembrance Vessel.

4. We send back your infused Remembrance Vessel.

Please allow at least allow three to four weeks, from the time you ship your cremains to us, to  the time you receive your  Vessel back.

Cremains Shipping Instructions

Place your cremains into a small zip-lock plastic bag. Make sure the bag is clearly labeled with your name, shipping address, phone number and order number. 

Make sure to remove as much air as possible from the bag. The best way to achieve this is to roll up the bag before sealing it.

Make sure the bag is properly sealed, you can place it inside another sealed bag for extra security if you wish.

USPS is currently the only legal way to ship cremation remains in the US.

• US Postal Service requires the use of postal branded Cremated Remains packaging for all cremated remains shipments (both human and animal).

• Cremated Remains must be shipped using Priority Mail Express®  (or Priority Mail Express International®) service. Priority Mail Express comes with USPS Tracking®. No other service is permitted.

• You can visit your local Post Office™ to have the package shipped.
